fun bird, lava, and hot springs :)

we actually swung across 3 vines and climbed 50 feet up a tropical snake-infested tree in order to get this picture...
OR our tour guide stuck my camera up to his fancy-shmancy binocs


i truly blame this man for ruining my picture. :) the ONLY pic of lava that turns out, and there is a TOURIST in my shot! anyway... imagine the lava x10 b/c my camera didn't pick most of it up (and by having him in it you can get some perspective on how amazingly close the lava actually was... so i guess its not all bad)


hot springs at Tabacon. There are actually several pools... the largest being like a warm bath with a wet bar and water slide, and the smaller ones becoming increasingly hotter as you move towards the volcano.
